National Nanny Association (UK) Brand & Logo Usage Policy

The National Nanny Association (NNA) logo, name, branding and associated graphics are the intellectual property of the National Nanny Association (UK).

Our logo represents the integrity, professionalism and reputation of the Association and may only be used with our prior written permission.

Permitted Use

The NNA logo may only be used by individuals or organisations who have received written authorisation from the National Nanny Association.

Where permission is granted:

  • The logo must be used in its original form and must not be altered, recoloured, distorted or incorporated into another design.
  • The logo must not be used in a way that implies endorsement, accreditation, partnership or membership unless this has been expressly authorised by the NNA.
  • Permission may be withdrawn at any time if the logo is used inappropriately or in a manner that could damage the reputation of the Association.

Unauthorised Use

The NNA does not permit the use of its logo by agencies, organisations, businesses or individuals without prior written consent.

Unauthorised use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Displaying the logo on websites or social media.
  • Using the logo in advertising or promotional materials.
  • Suggesting an affiliation, endorsement, partnership or approval by the National Nanny Association where none exists.
  • Reproducing or modifying the logo without permission.
  • Where unauthorised use is identified, the National Nanny Association reserves the right to request its immediate removal and to take further action where necessary to protect its intellectual property and reputation.

Requests for Permission

If you wish to use the National Nanny Association logo, please contact us in writing with details of the proposed use.

Permission will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be granted before the logo is used.
